I’ve been dialing in my weight loss stack lately and came across Berberine being talked about a lot—especially for fat metabolism, insulin regulation, and overall energy. I did some digging and found that it's even being compared to metformin in some research.
I recently started taking a Berberine blend that includes milk thistle and chromium, and honestly, I feel a bit more stable energy-wise (no crashes after meals), and my hunger has gone down a bit, too. Still early to say, but it's promising.
Curious if anyone else here has run Berberine during a cut or as part of a metabolic support stack?
